The word Nudge is good.  Nudge is not too pushy, and it is not too laxed.  It is a nice way to gently encourage yourself and others.  We are nudged by the grace of G-d to do something worthy and worthwhile.  Nudging is a polite way to set things in motion.  Nudge someone, or even yourself to move in the right direction. Nudging is an essential motivator. Nudge & be nudged.
